“How will you deal with the pain?”

“How will you deal with the physical pain, aches, or discomfort being isolated out there?”

Someone asked me this question about my upcoming trip to the Arctic

Here’s my response…

Smile through the pain

Sanctify the suffering

Be grateful for the opportunity it provides – you cannot know your power without pain, you cannot know your strength without struggle

Remember that people have it much worse. I get to do this, I have the luxury of choosing my suffering, most people don’t

KNOW this is about something much bigger than me…

And keep moving forward

Apply accordingly to your own pain 👊❤️

  1. As I suffer in the gym, I think of you…. and do another set for Akshay!!!
(not just for you, but for all the Fearvana teachings you share… I immerse myself in suffering instead of enduring it)
    It’s beautiful.

    I love you very much!
    Keep going… almost there 🙂
