3. Important Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Akshay Nanavati is a coach and speaker, not a licensed mental health professional or physician. Our services and content are not a substitute for treatment by a qualified medical, mental health, or legal professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make during and after our work together. Results from coaching and our programs vary and depend on your individual circumstances, effort, and follow-through. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

4. Physical Activity and Health Disclaimer

Our content often describes extreme physical and mental challenges, including expeditions, endurance events, cold exposure, and other demanding practices. This content is shared for informational and inspirational purposes only. It is not a recommendation that you attempt any of these activities. Before beginning any exercise program, physical challenge, dietary change, or similar practice, consult a qualified physician. You assume full responsibility for any activity you choose to undertake.
