“People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own souls. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” – Carl Jung

Fear is the number 1 obstacle stopping you from creating the life you want to live, but it doesn’t have to be.
Fear can be your most powerful ally when you learn to confront it, engage it and fall in love with it.
After having spent years studying the neuroscience, psychology and spirituality of fear, along with facing my own fears as a US Marine in Iraq, overcoming PTSD, depression and alcoholism that pushed me to the brink of suicide, and having explored the most hostile environments on the planet, I have come to learn there is one fear that almost all of us have, yet we aren’t even aware of it.
I have seen this fear show up with people from all walks of life, from those who have faced the most horrific human suffering imaginable to those who seemingly have everything.
This one fear keeps us trapped into a life behind bars, forced to surrender to a prison which we have no power to escape from… Unless we face this fear head on and unearth the jewels that lie within it.
In this video, I tell you what this fear is and the arduous journey I chose to embark upon to confront it.
This is part 1 of my journey into the abyss…
Today’s world is filled with more distractions than ever before. As a result we are more removed from ourselves than ever before.
Once you watch the video, I invite you to take some time to shut everything off, be still and go within.
In the deafening and terrifying silence of stillness, you might just find the salvation you have been searching for…
