This was my first experience with the elevation training mask. I used it here on the second level setting which restricts your breathing by 3. I began the session with the highest level of resistance, which restricts breathing by 9, but reduced it after I felt forced to stop every few feet to catch my breath. This is a powerful training tool that I highly recommend just after my first day of using it. But BE CAREFUL! After this session, I went roller skiing with it and got a little dizzy after about an hour. I recovered though and came out stronger than I went in.
